Q: We ordered a package for our child's sport, but received a button instead of a magnet. How do we get the item we ordered?
A: Thanks for contacting us-we always want to be sure that our clients get the right items! Sometimes, it is not selected at the time of the photo session, and if we are unable to contact you via phone before the orders are submitted, we will default to a magnet. Our orders are triple checked for accuracy, so if the unfortunate human error misspells a name or an incorrect item arrives, we will need you to contact us within 2 weeks to have your order corrected.
